    The Balm In Gilead Launches The ISIS Project

Norville Perez, MD; and Janet Mitchell, MD.March 31, 2005 -- The Balm In Gilead Kicked-off The ISIS Project (Intimate Sessions for Informed Sexuality) - a Cervical Cancer Initiative to educate and empower Black women about cervical cancer and the human papillomavirus (HPV), the virus that causes cervical cancer.     The Balm In Gilead will immediately conduct a series of educational forums in five US cities of the ISIS Project. The cities include Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit and Philadelphia.
