At its meeting at 5:30 p.m. today at City Hall, the Owensboro City Commission is scheduled to:

-- Proclaim February as "Buckle Up Kentucky Month" and "Owensboro Dreaming Month," and March 3-9 as "[Black Church Week of Prayer for the Healing of AIDS]."
