The Balm In Gilead’s Capacity Building and Training Institute is an international program designed to strengthen the effectiveness of faith-based organizations (FBOs), community-based organizations (CBOs), AIDS service organizations (ASOs), and governmental agencies to carry out their respective missions in addressing HIV and other health disparities. It usually refers to a “process to increase the skills, infrastructure, and resources.”
