Cervical Cancer Programs

Celebrating over 20 years of service, The Balm In Gilead develops educational and training programs specifically designed to meet the unique needs of African American and African congregations that strive to become community centers for health education and disease prevention.

The Balm in Gilead develops its own unique Initiatives and Programs and also partners with selected groups to help promote its mission. We are committed to uniting women in the United States and in Africa to raise awareness about cervical cancer and all the available prevention methods. Cervical cancer can be prevented using the Pap test, the HPV test and the HPV vaccine.

More importantly, The Balm In Gilead is working to make all these prevention programs and services available to women everywhere.
